This is well-known to everyone on the list, and there's no point
in repeating it ad nauseum.

The Free Software Way, when you find something you think is not right, 
is to begin to fix it.  (It's wise, but not required, to invite others 
to join in if they like.)  If you can't be bothered to fix it yourself, 
why should anyone else care any more than you do?

When you are seen fixing something important, people are inspired to 
participate.  That is the correct way to induce collective action.  
Complaining just makes a bad environment for everyone, and fixes
nothing.
