Debian mentors visiting Bay Area - can you help?

Hi Asheesh, Elizabeth and everybody,

Thanks for being so helpful

I'd like to introduce Milena and Jaminy (on CC, but I believe they
subscribed now)

There are still some visa formalities pending but they are beginning to
work on an itinerary.  I told them about the possible meeting on 10 October.

I suggested to them arranging an AirBNB apartment for 3-4 days before
the summit, so they can visit local events like this.  If anybody can
suggest other events that would really help them a lot.  Given the
region is so large, can anybody also give them feedback to help them
focus their apartment search criteria?
