First pitch is 7:15. I've spoken with the 21A folks and they say it
tends to be very busy until the game starts, and then there's
a massive exodus (their words) between 7:15 and 7:30. Parking
will still be an issue, of course.
I'm willing to give it a shot. Or if folks are bent out of shape about
the parking issue (though parking is non-binding per the shotgun
rules), I can be pursuaded to relocate. As a relative newbie to the
group, I'm not sure how bug a deal parking is to the group.
If it is decided to go forward, attendees should feel free to come a
little later, eg 7:30. In fact, I'll give it 24 hours for for any massive
objections to surface, and barring such will post a CHANGE announcement
to start at 7:30, and then aim for 7pm myself in case any miss the notice.

Challenge is that it is the *area of town* that is the problem, more
than the venue itself precisely being hazardous. Moving a short
distance might not help all that much. For the same reason, a runner
is going to be awkward. Informing the staff may be the best bet, as I
too have reservations about a sign lasting. Harried busy staff not being
the easiest to communicate with, this is not a great option either. Hence
my angst over the whole situation.
