It's close to I-880, handy for motorists.

It's after 7pm, handy for traffic issues.

It's close to one of the main transfer-point BART stops, 
so it's also handy to the car-free among us.  I'll be
arriving from Berkeley by bike.  Cyclists are welcome to 
join me.

It's not nearly as loud as 21st Amend.

Soups are good and their kitchen should be back to full
operation by now (it was closed for renov at a recent mtg).
