Closest I know of is Davis. ;^)  Davis Community Network, together with DCN,
has a Debian-based kiosk (that I set up, as part of LUGOD) running at
a local business for the public to use.

I'd definitely be interested in hearing about Non-Profit use of Linux (and
Debian specifically) in the greater Bay Area, too, though!!!
