Suggestion:  Whenever you hear about more than one upcoming meeting, add
them _all_ (within reason; no more than,say, a half-dozen) to the BAD Web
pages.  Then, you don't have to keep remembering to revisit them matter,
and the pages become that much more forgiving of deferred maintenance.

Second your comment about two days being clearly insufficient lead time.  
Someone announcing a meeting in mid-January should shoot for February.  
Obviously.
