Need advocate

Hi folks,

I've met some of you at a past BAD gathering.  Shortly thereafter I applied
to become a Debian developer but was rejected (I passed everything except
knowing exactly how I wanted to contribute at the time).  Now that I've
actually done a little work fixing bugs in packages (see bug ID #99642, for
example), there's no way for me to do anything useful with them since I
can't perform NMUs.

Would someone kindly step forward and offer to sponsor my developer
application?
