OK. They are actually the same thing, or at least the RAID card has the same chipset as the ata/100 ( PDC20267 ). 
But I think what Chris might have been referring to was the boot disk images avaiable for download, rather than the patches available. The subdir for the images I downloaded was something like 'udma66'.
