posible list problem here

  I think I may be in the same boat you were in earlier this month.  I
think I may have been inadvertantly bumped from the BAD list.  
  I am sending a copy of this letter to you and also to the BAD mailing
list.  Could you send a reply to me directly and to the BAD list as well
stating whether you received two(2) copies of this email (one(1) sent to
you direct, one(1) by way of BAD) or just the copy sent to you direct.
