Debian and KDE

Hello David,

I don't know the ins and out of Debian politics which
makes it all that more interesting. But the cd set is the CheapBytes
4 cd set. It does have a version of kde and my point of
confusion is that it is 1.1 and I was wondering if that was
a shortening of the 1.1.1 that is the current "latest release"
of KDE.

But now that point out that Debian doesn't offically include
KDE, I wonder what the problem with the licensing
is.
