LinuxWorld at and nearby keysignings

There will be keysigning(s) coordinated at/around LinuxWorld.
Anyway, added the listing on biglumber to help visibility,
give folks a place to "park" keys they'd like signed (not an
absolute requirement, but does make signing easier), and to
at least have pointers towards where specific information will be
available (will probably also update the listing with specific details too).

So far, mostly, there's been discussion (e.g. on the BAD list) of
keysigning(s), likely mid to late afternoon on one (or more?) days
of the exposition, and likely meeting at (or near) the Debian booth
(or perhaps EFF?). It appears the Debian and EFF booths will be in
relatively close proximity (not quite as close as last year, but still
pretty close).

Also, it's probable there will also be at least a trace of keysigning at
the BALUG meeting - which is a moderate (approximately 20 minute, <~ 1 mi.)
stroll from LinuxWorld (and will feature a talk/presentation on Debian).
