Key Signing Week of January 23-26

I'm flying to the bay area (Mountain View / Sunnyvale to be specific)
for training and central-office work meetings and was wondering if
anybody would be interested in setting up some sort of small key
signing / CACert assurance event one of the evenings.
In Fort Wayne, IN, there's a great lack of GPG/PGP users and even less
CACert Assurers (zero).
If no one is available for Key Signing, my Key Signing Policy
(http://www.eharning.us/gpg/key-signing-policy/) allows for
third-party authentication for a level 2 signature.
For any available for such a meeting, would an Indiana driver's
license be sufficient, or would a passport be recommended?
Availability:
* Afternoon of January 23rd (flying in)
* I have office meetings Tuesday - no idea of time frames yet
* I have training scheduled til 5:30 PM Wednesday and Thursday - so
should be available after that
* Leaving early morning 27th, so wouldn't be available then
