Bay Area Debian (BAD) will be meeting, with keysignings welcome.  
Perhaps we'll even have Debian developer(s) present that may be willing 
to sign keys, but even if not that, keysignings will probably be 
available one degree of separation from that and from at least some 
folks with pretty well signed keys.
