I'm pretty sure it does. You do not "resubmit" the message to the list
manager. The message contents you use for approvig are discarded.
All that is looked upon it the destination address, which is like
list-accept-verylongidwhichisprobablysomemd5sum or so.

Some thing you cannot do (easily) with ezmlm is modify messages, such as
stripping attachments etc. You can only accept or reject.
