Actually, no.  Preferably on little slips of paper.  Electronic means of
transmiting key information are capable of accidentally or maliciously
carrying malware.  Key IDs and key fingerprints are intentionally short
enough to be easy to carry around via non-electronic means.  In fact
several keysigning HOWTOs explicitly state that you should NOT bring
laptops, PDAs, etc to keysigning parties for the purpose of electronic
exchanging information and/or signing keys.
