So, I've put a generalized version of the Shotgun Rules at the
following URL:

I think it's a good template for in-person meetings, expecially for
groups as nebulous as B.A.D. The ruleset is GFDL'd, so anyone can and
should adapt it to their own circumstances.

Comments are, of course, welcome (especially on license issues).
