Aw, hell, you did most of the work yourself. Anyways, I know you'd do
the same for me. B-)

I'm not sure how I feel about BAWUG, but it looks promising. I'm not
sure how much street-corner access I need for my laptop, but I can see
this being REALLY useful when I have an 802.11b-capable
handheld. It looks like Xircom is going to have an 802.11b module for
the Handspring Visor sometime at the end of this year:

..although apparently it was originally slated for Summer 2000, so
maybe it's not going to happen at all:
