Okay; I feel like I have to put my two cents in ...

Rick: We're sorry we didn't contact you earlier, it was an honest
mistake. If I would've known that you had been neglected in such a
way, I would've even called you.

With all due respect, your machine was supposed to be up and we had
agreed to sign the keys by Sunday, August 26th 2001. Now we could've
violated the part of your plan stating how to sign the keys or the
timeframe, and I guess everyone wanted the keys signed as fast as
possible, so we decided on another way. Not contacting you was a
mistake and I agree it was somewhat rude after you spent time
organizing everything, but people make mistakes. Dimitry was not the
only one with the idea to just upload the keys directly to the
keyservers. No one objected to having their keys uploaded. I
understand you're probably really tired now with your machine being
down and you lost your presentation and are extremely stressed out and
this is pissing you off even more, but I think you should seriously
chill out.

Well, this was supposed to make *EVERYONE*'s lives easier. I'm really
sorry your life wasn't made easier in the process but the intentions
of Dmitriy were good. I know you're probably going to bring up not
contacting you again if you decide to reply to this. It was a mistake
and hopefully it will never happen again in the future.
