post-keysigning keyring?

When we got home from Linux10, linuxmafia.com's primary hard drive 
had fried. Since it won't spin up, likely it won't have recoverable 
information. :(

I don't know what this means for the key signing at the moment, but 
I'm sure Rick will be able to tell you when he has restored his 
system from backup, which he is in the process of doing.
