I'll be glad to run a keysigning party, there.  My part in it will have
to fit into cracks in the event schedule, because I'm part of the food
crew for the barbecue.  But please feel welcome to send me GnuPG keys, 
and I'll create a party keyring, do the necessary Web page, print it out
and bring photocopies, and all that stuff.

Cutoff for keys to be included in the keyring will be 5 PM Friday, Aug.
