Question on backups

Hello all,
  I need to build a 200gb backup solution with linux.  It will need to
be 2 level, the first will be a daily hot backup to a RAID system.  The
second is backing that up to a tape drive.
  The raid setup isn't that difficult, but does anyone have any
suggestions on semi-inexpensive solutions for backing up that ammount of
data to a tape?  It needs to be semi-automated (it can have someone swap
a tape, but only 1 tape/day as it is in a colo and it will be done by
one of the colo-monkeys).
