Is your concept of social advancement that someone must advance
economically far enough to afford the best medical facilities and
support?  That children whose parents do not have medical insurance
should be denied.  That old people who are on a fixed income should be
denied because they do not have good enough medical coverage.  How very
sad that concept of social advancement.
