That was $100 USD I was quoting. It was more like $160 Canadian,
from chapters.ca

I've been getting good prices from chapters, but they seem swamped and
half the books I order never arrive. Also, their website is pure
crap. Its a pain to find the "advanced search" function, and you have
to go through convolutions to "check out" of their online store.
The only reliable way I could find was to add a book to my shopping cart
that I didn't want, THEN remove it from the shopping cart, and finally
I can click "purchase". What a pain. I'm almost starting to wonder if
the low prices are worth the abuse. Oh, and it takes 1/2 hour at a
minimum to get through on their 1-800 line. And if you make several orders,
they have no facility for coagulating them into one so you can see at
one go what hasn't been shipped and what has. Its a mess, and they don't
seem willing whatsoever to fix it. Final irritation: every time you add
an item to your shopping cart, clicking "continue" sends you back to their
sucky main page, instead of back to the book, video, or whatever section
you were in. I hate chapters.
