Can any of you recommend a cellular provider that has reasonable short-term rates with local and long-distance access? I've got a digital/analog phone and want to rent a Northern California number for the three weeks (or more, if necessary) that I'm there. Need coverage in SF, San Jose, and Santa Barbara.
