GRUB and XEmacs with mule/canna/wnn support

I can't say that I know anything about this stuff, but Debian _should_ have
very good japansese support because there's a whole subproject called
"Debian JP" that works on it. They have a web aite at http://debian.or.jp

Debian JP's packages have been a separate addon for a long time, they're now
being integrated right into debian proper.
