Kernel 2.2.11 source

I guess that means the source is from 2.2.12. I would be ok with the 2.2.11
source if I could find it somewhere, but it's not in debian unstable that I
can tell.

I think I can just grab 2.2.12 from www.kernel.org with the patches, is that
what you do to get the 2.2.12 code?
