I believe so -- but I was speaking of the general principle.  Obviously,
the person seeking to schedule a meeting would check, and designate the
first month open that's _far enough in advance_ to get out word to the 
general public, not just listmembers.

The point was that deliberately scheduling a meeting one day in advance
is dumb.
