Debian 10th anniversary

As some of you may have seen, Debian will be turning 10 years old on
Saturday, August 16. Since I consider this a "big deal", I'd like to
solicit opinions on where we might hold a celebration.

No, this message isn't really in the spirit of the shotgun rules of BAD,
but I sorta imagine that we're dealing more with a picnic or maybe large
restaurant get-together, as opposed to our small informal meetings.

Besides, I don't have any good ideas about where to have it, but I did
want to get the thought out there ;).
